Nanoprobe 公司du家生產和銷售du特的產品Nanogold®及結合了熒光與免疫金探針的 FluoroNanogold。另外還生產一個完整的 3、5、10、15、30 nm 膠體金探針的產品系列,和一個包括具有du特優(yōu)點的銀增強和負染試劑產品系列。
熒光探針和金探針本身通常以wan全不同的濃度使用。免疫熒光偶聯物的濃度通常為每毫升 1 mg 左右,而金探針的稀釋度可能高出 10 至 20 倍。FluoroNanogold™ 的包裝和銷售濃度與我們的 Nanogold® 免疫金偶聯物相同:80 μg/mL (0.08 mg/mL)。通常,免疫金偶聯物的使用濃度低于免疫熒光偶聯物:當您使用 FluoroNanogold™ 時,最佳結果可能來自兩者之間的濃度。這就是兩個最常見問題的原因:較低熒光團濃度的熒光信號低,以及背景傾向更大,特別是在電子顯微鏡水平上。
